Child ID Kits @ Trunk or Treat

The Peck Police Department invites you to check out our stand for the Village Trunk or Treat.
We will be passing out glow sticks, candy and have purchased Child ID kits. These Kits provide
a section for emergency numbers, a child growth chart, fingerprints, swab for DNA, Dental
chart, Medical Consent Authorization, and a section for a photograph. A Peck Officer will
provide the ink for the fingerprints and can assist with the mouth swab. The kits will be given to
the parents when done for them to add whatever information they want to add in. The kits are not
kept by the Peck Police Department and use for the parents in case of emergencies. Kits are
limited to 100. Thank You for the continued support and look forward to seeing everyone on
